💯💥Happy New Year 2022 - New Year Alignment & Focus

Warning long post no filters where harmed in this post Let’s do this 2022 💪….


So this year I’ve broken down and analysed more carefully on what I what to achieve this year and looking at both intrinsic and extrinsic goals but most of all focus and continual repetition as I believe this is the key to achieving any of them.

They also say A goal that is not written down is nothing more than a wish! So my suggestion if you’re like me is to get laser focused on what how and when you want to achieve these and most importantly your….Why?

Success means different things to different people. For me - big focus for me is truly and mean this becoming the best version of myself and to reach my full potential in this life, being a better human to my friends old and new, my beautiful family and serving my business in a much better way as it continues to grow organically.

The last few years have taught us that nothing in this life is guaranteed and things can change dramatically in a short space of time. So many of us have experienced a sense of grief and pain and following one of the books that has personally changed my outlook around this I’d encourage you to look it up. It’s also downloadable also on audible “it’s ok that you’re Not ok” by Megan Devine there is also on other aspects of life other life changing books that have helped me of late but most importantly make 2022 YOUR year! 💯💥✨

So We have have two choices, either we can complain and make excuses or we can take responsibility and keep pressing forward.

I decided to go with the latter.

Some of the best things I've ever accomplished and procrastinated on for years finally i Have a plan or seeing results now coming together, don’t get me wrong and mean that I’ve done a lot of inner work and some really uncomfortable work on myself and some of the things I really didn’t like about myself or wanted to address which alone time and peace and stillness has allowed. Don’t get me wrong I still have a lot I’m working on and working through and this is another reason I’m focused also on becoming the very version of the person I can be and long to be. Using mindfulness, meditation, and continued personal development and most important self care and love for one self.

Like so many of you, I've had a lot of time to reflect and reconnect with our TRUE purpose of life but also use my full strengths and passions to push forward to what I wish to achieve in the upcoming year and through into 2023.

Here's a few lessons learned that I hope will help some of you breakthrough in 2022!

🔸Stay in your Lane there are some things we can't control, so let's FOCUS on the things we CAN CONTROL.

🔸Every single situation, thing, and person in our lives may be seen through one of two lenses: the lens of fear or the lens of love. Always choose love over fear- I’ve learned that fear is simply an illusion based on past experiences that we project into the present and onto the future. Much of our anxiety and stress comes when we’re focused on fear and disconnected from the voice of our inner guide.

🔶Happiness is found within (Always starts within)

🔶Smiling and laughter is contagious so lets all do more of this going into 2022 as the reality is there is A LOT to be grateful for, regardless of where you find yourself at the moment.

🔸MEDITATION- there isn’t a night I don’t go to bed now where I don’t meditate, if you are struggling which ones that are useful DM I’ll send you ones that have helped me along with different apps that are accessible to everyone.

🔸Remember failure isn’t the opposite of success it’s PART of the journey to success Keep going!!! 2023 can be your year too!

🔶Stop worrying about external Validation

From others and what other people think?It’s really not as important as you think. This was a massive flaw of mine and something I believe is a factor in peoples mental health. I realised by not feeling enough stemming back to my school days, and not truly allowing to be released until back end of this year, I now realise I am enough and what i am doing I trust and believe in the process. Finally helping me release this was through a form of meditation 🧘 so you wanna do something go out and do it!! The world is your oyster!! 💯💯💯💯💯

🔶MINDSET is the foundation of success, be careful who you surround yourself with, they will have an impact on your mindset. Be around people who inspire you to be the best version of yourself.

🔸Learn to ENJOY and embrace the JOURNEY and be happy that you tried your best. Focus on the PROCESS rather than the OUTCOME as you can't control the outcome but you can control the process. A good process is a set of activities that if applied CONSISTENTLY, will result in SUCCESS.

🔸The MORE you concentrate on WINNING, the LESS you're actually able to concentrate on what actually CAUSES success.

🔶Ask your self How can I in 2022 experience more joy, love, passion, compassion, kindness, success, abundance this will be different for each of us.

🔸Think more MACRO, rather than MICRO. Have more long-term goals and play the long game to achieve more.

🔸Create reminders of key tasks that need to be completed in your phone, My phone is diarised by the hour with task and meetings I need to achieve for the day which allows me to become more PRODUCTIVE.

🔸VISION / GOAL board - have then every where on paper, on the fridge, or your screen saver on your phone/PC,

Practice writing down your goals and break them down into smaller achievable tasks to create more clarity and focus in your life. Remember what I said earlier even break them down into Intrinsic and extrinsic goals.

🔸Ordinary people who do small and simple things CONSISTENTLY, produce extraordinary RESULTS. Just focus on those small things you can do daily and success will be inevitable.

🔸PROPCRASTINATE ON PURPOSE - Sometimes LESS is MORE. Just because you're doing more doesn't mean you're better off. Rather the one who can do less and achieve more will always be more successful, so figure out what you want to focus on this year rather than trying to do everything.

🔸Take time For YOU and ENJOY life. Schedule a little "me time" as this is essential for our mental health.

🔸Get Moving - by moving more walking, gum, or doing some kind of exersise throughout your day, it’s been proven to health reduce mental health and will also sharpen the mind when carrying out other tasks.

🔸You are what you EAT/DRINK, so choose wisely what you CONSUME. I’ve changed my eating and drinking habits of late but more mindful to what and how I’m eating and drinking as we get older.

🔸Choose CAREFULLY what you feed your MIND. Our brain is our biggest ASSET, so fill it with POSITIVITY and let go of the negative energies holding you back. Reduce your time if this doesn’t bring positive outcome particularly around social media channels.

🔸Focus on BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS - Connect with people for who THEY ARE, not what they CAN DO for you. Focus on building a network of people who share similar VALUES, and will be a pleasure to do business with rather than playing the numbers game.

🔸Be a PERSON of VALUE - Stop thinking "what's in it for me" and start thinking of ways you can help the people around you instead. This will lead to greater success and fulfilment as the law of reciprocity states, those who give, shall receive.

🔸ANYTHING is possible, only when you take action and show continual repetition. Trust in the process as I mentioned in earlier point.

🔸Last but not least, Be KIND and HELPFUL - After the last year or so we've had to endure a lot so this is the least we can do for each other. We are all human and no matter what Colour, religious belief we have, if anyone within my network I can offer help or service to send me a private message and reach out. I want to help and serve anyone who genuinely needs it, business personal doesn’t matter, don’t hesitate just send it.

I hope this inspires some of you to become the best version of yourselves, and to make the most of the time we have left in this life.


So Let’s go….12 months of Success, 52 Weeks of Laughter, 365 Days of Fun, 8,760 Hours of Joy, 525,600 Minutes of Good Luck and 31,536,000 Seconds of Happiness That’s Right 2022 Happy New Year
